Deposit
You are kindly asked to provide a £75.00 deposit to confirm your reservation. Please choose from the following:
I/We will call you with our credit card details to confirm our reservation within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of this reservation
I/We will send you a cheque for £75.00 per room within 7 days to confirm our reservation
One of the above two options is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When making a reservation you enter a legally binding contract. In the case of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-let your
room(s). If we are successful we will refund 50% of the deposit paid. Should we not be successful the following charges occur:

Up to 14 days prior to your arrival - 100%
Between 15 and 45 days prior to your arrival - 50%

The percentages are of the entire reservation.

We recommend that you take out a holiday insurance.
