The costs per person per night for a full week stay including dinner (4 courses), bed and breakfast are
£73.00 (high season) and £68.00 (low season)
- Single occupancy £10.00 per night extra
- For stays including a Saturday night a minimum reservation of 2 nights is generally required. Reservations for Friday and Saturday are including breakfast and dinner only.
- Special conditions apply for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
- We do not accept children under the age of 10
- Sorry, no pets in the hotel and in the cottage.
- Arrival from 3 pm. Dinner is served at 7.00 pm
- We provide sandwiches and packed lunches on request.

When you stay in the cottage we offer dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure at £32.50 per person extra. In some cases the cottage can be rented for less than a week at a reduced rate.
High season 2010: 3 April to 30 October and 25 December to 1 January (2011)
Low season 2010: all other weeks
Reservations
We kindly ask you to confirm your reservation by calling us with your credit/debit card details or sending us a cheque of £75.00 within 7 days of making the reservation. Please make cheques payable to Hazel Bank. All reservations will be confirmed by e-mail or in writing.
Cancellation policy
When making a reservation you enter a legally binding contract. In case of a cancellaton we will endeavour to re-let your room(s). If we
are successful we will refund 50% of the deposit paid. Should we not be successful the following charges occur:

These percentages are of the entire reservation.
