The Dray Restaurant

Hazel Bank's recently refurbished AA Rosette awarded restaurant welcomes aboard our new chef.

We use local produce where possible and offer a four course Table d'Hote menu.

An extensive wine list is available to accompany your meal.

A vista of wildlife including deer, rabbits, a wide variety of birds such as pheasants, and of course our much loved red squirrels can all be viewed while dining.

As a finale to your dining experience, chocolates, petit fours, and coffee and tea are included.

Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 9.30 AM, and Dinner is at 7.00 PM.

Starters

Wild Mushroom and Spinach Pitivier

Soup

Cream of tomato accompanied with a fresh basil oil dressing and served in an espresso cup

Main Course

Red Snapper served with linguine pasta, ribbons of courgette, aubergine and carrot and a beurre blanc sauce.

Dessert

Vanilla crème brûlée with a wild berry compote Coffee or tea and mints

Starter

Smoked haddock potato cake served on a bed of buttered kale and topped with a poached egg

Soup

Butternut squash, drizzled with white truffle oil served in an espresso cup

Main Course

Pan fried duck breast (served pink) with vanilla and lime, creamed potatoes, fine green beans, baton carrots, and a Madeira jus

Dessert

Dark chocolate tartlet, poached pear
and white chocolate sauce
Coffee or tea and Mints
